Excellent Hospitality. Good location modern and stylish. Good food in breakfast. Nice and clean pool.. It is Olympic size pool. Steam and Sauna.... View from room on 11 th floor is classic with nice view of Baiyun Mountains. Especially the staff is good and courteous.

I have a bad experience with this hotel. I booked this hotel through Agoda. The hotel price is totally difference from my booking price when i checked in to the hotel. We requesting for cancellation but the hotel personnel ask us to get the approval from Agoda, when we contacted Agoda, the cancellation actually refer to the hotel itself. We like being played and cheated by the hotel. At the end, we paid penalty in order for us to cancelled the room.

Nice modern hotel with swimming pool and gym. Access to wifi internet is easy and consistent. I would advise non Chinese guests using smartphone to download VPN Master app to access social networks. We stayed in a King Deluxe room with a large and VERY comfy bed. The room wasn't as big as I'd expected but the room was clean, shower was amazing, bed was excellent and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning each day. The rooms could be a bit more soundproof but overall okay. Views are good from most floors above 4 (we stayed on floor 7). Train station is a few mins walk and very cheap and hailing down a taxi to go downtown only takes a minutes or so outside the hotel. If I were to complain about anything it would be the lack of English spoken by staff (considering that's how it was advertised) and also the breakfast (although it was free) was absolutely shocking. Would have appreciated a very simple continental corner. The few familiar options meant we ate a few slices of bread with egg and ketchup. Also another let down was the lack of irons to go around the whole hotel. Let the laundry team know in advance rather than same day. Overall very nice experience and would recommend for couples or business people. £235 for 5 nights was definitely worth it. 30 mins to Baiyun World Leather Centre 30 mins to Taikoo Hui Shopping Centre 1hr30 to Shunde Foshan (Furniture City) Would visit again.

I had to ask for a heater for my room because it was cooler inside than outside in December! However the rooms are comfortable and the bath and bed are both excellent! Staff are friendly on the whole and try hard and it's very convenient. Tonghe is worth a look and the several excellent restaurants nearby including a Hakka restaurant and Hunan restaurant and a traditional Cantonese restaurant! They are located in 2 shopping malls in Tonghe only 10 mins walk away

This hotel is quite far from the city center. Stayed for 3nights at deluxe room because I attend event around that area. First night the AirCon not working well it was hot inside the room, they did checking the problem but I felt still hot. Room was okay got view facing road side. They have swimming pool and fitness centre but didn't try it. I had Breakfast and dinner buffet on the restaurant and it was ok. Nearest metro about 10minutes walking and there is a lot of shops around that area. Hotel provide free shuttle van to nearest metro station and shopping mall nearby but you need to ask for this service. Overal, nothing special about this hotel.
